Returns & Refunds Policy
📣 Our products are Made-To-Order! 📣
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept order cancellations or returns due to errors made by customers. This includes incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, and providing inaccurate or insufficient shipping details on their order(s). All sales are final and are not eligible for refunds or cancelation.
Your order will be in production right after the order is confirmed. The orders cannot be canceled once they are processed. We charge 30% cancellation fee for all products if a customer wishes to cancel an order after it is processed. That means, you will get refunded 70% of the product cost. (See below for more details.)
Please do not return items to us without authorization. Items sent back to us without authorization will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us at email@example.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your name, order number, and several photos of the item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item is in your possession for more than 10 days, it is considered used, and you will no longer be able to return the used item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
To start a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, proof of purchase, as well as the reason for the return. We will then send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
There is a 30% restocking fee for all other returns & cancellations. That means, you will get refunded 70% of the product cost.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
We cannot refund the following items;
- Sale Items
- Shipping Costs
- Personalization Fees
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our errors
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Personalized jewelry, such as those with engravings, unfortunately are non-refundable due to the customization. Earrings are also non-refundable due to hygiene regulations. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 2 business days to your original method of payment.
In the event of customer error (ex: an incorrect or insufficient address) and the package is returned to us, we can reship it to you only if package protection was purchased with your original order. You will need to pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping.
Please understand that colors may vary slightly from our listing photo and the final product based on how computer monitors display the color and how everyone sees these colors differently. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, though some listings make use of life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the item will look. This allows us to create many different products with our artwork, without needing to make & photograph thousands of products a day.
